Nolan River Retail Center located in Cleburne, Texas

A small retail development located next door to a previously developed dentists office. The lot was rather challenging, as the size did not allow for traditional parking or detention. The parking lot was designed to double as detention, with a slow outflow into the median next to North Nolan River Road.
