Country Acres Day Care located in Fort Worth, Texas

A three lot development, this site was a challenge due to the city requirements for drainage. We had to make sure the future lots would have adequate room and the ability to discharge the post-development runoff. We designed a large, shallow detention pond in the center of the drive lanes, which would handle the flows of both lots draining through it.
