Family Dollar Store located in Dallas, Texas

The client wanted to develop a small lot for a Family Dollar store, on South Polk Street, in Dallas. The lot was to be platted out of a previously unplatted tract, and we had to plan our drive lanes for the future development of the remaining tract.
